About Us:
Our Reebok Smartwatches are shaking up the wearable tech game by blending performance, lifestyle, and sleek design. As the exclusive brand licensee for Reebok smartwatches in the Americas, Vitalist Inc. is on a mission to bring style and substance to wrists everywhere. With rapid growth across major retailers and telcos, we’re looking for a Sales Operations & Project Manager to help us scale with precision and impact.
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Sales Operations & Project Manager to lead the charge on sales enablement projects across Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Finance. This role is all about keeping the trains running on time, coordinating deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring every detail is accounted for.
You’ll be the glue between teams, making sure retail listings and channel execution go off without a hitch. From gathering requirements and creative assets to drafting sell-in materials, you’ll own the process end-to-end. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on structure, loves a good checklist, and isn’t afraid to speak up when something’s off track.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the central point of contact for all sales enablement deliverables tied to retailer and telco listings.
- Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists across multiple teams.
- Draft and organize sell-in documents, product lineups, pricing matrices, and retail asset kits.
- Ensure all assets (images, product copy, tech specs) are ready and approved by the right stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Sales to understand channel-specific needs and track submission deadlines.
- Facilitate feedback loops between Product, Marketing, Finance, and Design.
- Maintain a library of customer-facing documents with up-to-date versions.
- Identify risks to timelines or requirements and resolve issues quickly.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
- 5–7 years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Project Management, or Sales Enablement roles, with a proven track record of driving measurable results.
- Demonstrated success in the consumer electronics, wearables, or lifestyle hardware industries is highly preferred. Familiarity with product lifecycles and go-to-market strategies in these sectors will set you apart.
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Monday, Trello, or equivalent platforms. Bonus points for experience integrating these tools across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging decks for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
- Experience in presenting to senior leadership and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
- A natural inclination for structure and process improvement, with a passion for creating and maintaining checklists, workflows, and documentation to ensure operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical skills to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and pivot priorities as business needs evolve.
- A passion for technology and innovation, with a strong understanding of the consumer electronics landscape.
This role is designed for someone who’s not just a doer but a strategic thinker, someone who can connect the dots between sales, operations, and project management to drive impact. If you’re detail-obsessed, thrive on collaboration, and love turning chaos into clarity, this is your moment.
Benefits:
- The opportunity to shape the rollout of a global brand in a fast-growing category.
- A remote-first, collaborative team environment.
- Competitive pay and performance-based growth opportunities.
- Flexibility and autonomy to get your work done, results matter most.
- Work in a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere that values innovation and high-quality results.
- Join a company dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level.
