Business Operations Executive / Sr. Executive

Role Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Business Operations Executive / Sr. Executive to join our supply chain team. The role focuses on end-to-end order lifecycle management, inventory allocation, and cross-functional coordination to ensure timely and efficient product dispatch across multiple channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong operational thinking, problem-solving abilities, and comfort with tools like Excel and WMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)
Purchase Order Management
Manage the entire PO lifecycle – from recording in internal systems/WMS to dispatch tracking.- Ensure accurate entry, timely dispatch, and coordination with vendors.
Inventory Planning & Allocation
- Plan inventory allocation based on lead times, business priorities, and channel availability.
- Optimize inventory for dispatch to reduce losses and maximize opportunity.
Business Opportunity & Loss Mapping
- Track dispatched vs undelivered orders.
- Map lost opportunities and report insights regularly for corrective actions.
Vendor Coordination
- Schedule dispatch appointments with vendors via email and vendor portals.
- Adjust appointments based on business needs while maintaining vendor SLAs.
Cross-Functional Liaison
- Coordinate closely with Operations, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure availability and readiness of inventory.
- Maintain OTIF (On-Time-In-Full) performance.
Internal Record Maintenance
- Ensure accurate, up-to-date records in Excel/Google Sheets and internal systems.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and documentation for audits and reviews.
Skills Required

Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (Advanced Excel skills preferred)

Familiarity with Power BI and/or other dashboard tools (added advantage)

Working knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

Excellent analytical and logical reasoning abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across teams

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: MBA in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field)

Certification in Supply Chain Management, Operations Planning, or relevant tools (Excel, ERP, BI Tools) is a plus

1–4 years of relevant experience in business operations, inventory control, or supply chain execution.
