Role Overview
The Business Analyst / Business Operations Associate will play a crucial role in supporting DBaaS Ltd’s IT, digital, and consulting functions by analysing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting cross‑functional project delivery.
This role blends business analytics, operations coordination, and stakeholder engagement, fitting into DBaaS Ltd’s multidisciplinary approach to delivering integrated technology and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities Business Analysis & Insights
- Analyse existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements, aligned with DBaaS’s focus on simplifying complex IT environments and streamlining workflows.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements for technology, digital, and operational projects.
- Translate business goals into actionable technical and operational specifications for internal teams.
- Support creation of data‑driven insights to optimise internal performance and operational decision‑making.
Operational Support
- Assist in coordinating daily business operations across IT consulting, digital services, and managed support teams.
- Monitor operational performance metrics and support preventive approaches to reduce downtime and improve productivity.
- Ensure business processes align with compliance, security, and quality standards followed by DBaaS Ltd.
Project Coordination
- Support project managers with planning, documentation, timelines, and implementation tracking.
- Coordinate communication between technical teams (IT services, cloud, web development) and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate smooth migration, integration, and deployment processes within client engagements, ensuring minimal disruption.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with clients to understand needs, collect feedback, and support end‑to‑end project execution.
- Assist in preparing client‑ready reports, presentations, and analysis summaries.
- Maintain strong relationships across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
