Job Title: Business Operations Executive
Role Summary
We are seeking a high-potential Business Operations Executive to support and strengthen our internal operations across Finance, HR, Administration, and cross-functional teams. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and enabling teams to perform effectively.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with multiple stakeholders. This position offers strong exposure to how the business operates end-to-end and is ideal for someone looking to grow into a broader operations or management role.
Key Responsibilities
- Support finance operations, including expense tracking, invoicing, vendor coordination, payments, and basic reporting
- Assist with HR operations such as recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
- Act as an internal support partner for teams by coordinating requirements, tracking requests, and ensuring timely resolution
- Maintain accurate records for contracts, policies, compliance documents, and approvals
- Coordinate with external partners such as accountants, consultants, and service providers
- Work closely with leadership to support operational priorities and internal initiatives
- Track tasks, follow up and ensure execution with attention to detail
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in processes and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Ideal Profile
- 2 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Ops, HR Ops, or Administrative roles
- Strong understanding of internal business processes and cross-functional coordination
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic reporting tools
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style
