We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with deep expertise in eCommerce, Amazon, and NetSuite to join our leadership team. As a strategic partner to the President/Owner, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping and executing the company’s next phase of growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in entrepreneurial environments—comfortably moving seamlessly between high-level strategic planning and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate has successfully managed the financial operations of fast-growing, dynamic eCommerce businesses and understands the nuances of scaling profitably.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the President, helping to define and execute growth strategies.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, ensuring performance is measured across all departments.
- Create detailed profitability reports (by account, country, and distribution channel) to drive informed decision-making.
- Strengthen financial operations, including formalizing A/R and A/P processes and building a reliable cash flow model.
- Conduct SKU-level analysis of promotions, advertising, and pricing; partner with the sales and marketing team to evaluate promotional effectiveness.
- Oversee operational cost management, including warehousing, fulfillment, shipping, and cost centers.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team while remaining hands-on with key accounting and finance functions as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or related field required.
- CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
- 10+ years of proven experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, or senior finance leader in eCommerce (Amazon experience required).
- Expertise in NetSuite and advanced financial modeling is required.
- Strong understanding of direct import, domestic logistics, and drop-ship models.
- Track record of driving profitable growth in small-to-mid-size businesses.
- Ability to balance strategic leadership with a roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
