Chief Financial Officer
We are representing how client in seeking an experienced, strategic, and execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead all finance, capital markets, and compliance functions across our global operations.
You will partner closely with the CEO and executive team to drive company-wide growth, international expansion, and capital market initiatives, including potential M&A and future public offerings.
This role is based in Singapore, with global oversight across our subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute Organisation long-term financial strategy aligned with our AI infrastructure roadmap.
- Advise the CEO, Board, and senior leadership on capital allocation, ROI, product profitability, and business model evolution.
Financial Planning & Operations
- Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Build scalable financial processes and systems to support hyper-growth and international expansion.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and metrics to drive business performance.
Accounting, Audit & Internal Controls
- Oversee global accounting functions, multi-entity reporting, revenue recognition, and tax compliance.
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP and implement strong internal controls and risk management.
- Manage annual audits across Singapore, Australia, the U.S., and other jurisdictions.
Capital Markets & Investor Relations
- Lead fundraising, equity/debt financing, and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Manage relationships with banks, investors, and rating agencies.
- Prepare board packs, investor updates, and lead NASDAQ public filing processes (20-F, 6-K, F-1/F-3, etc.).
Treasury & Cash Management
- Oversee cash management, working capital, treasury operations, and currency risk hedging.
- Optimize capital structure and ensure strong liquidity planning.
Compliance, Governance & Tax
- Ensure regulatory compliance across all markets.
- Work with external counsel on corporate structure, tax planning, and cross-border transactions.
- Support governance committees and the Corporate Secretary on governance matters.
Finance Team Leadership
- Build and scale a high-performing global finance team.
- Lead talent development, succession planning, and finance transformation initiatives (automation, ERP, data platforms).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably in technology, cloud computing, data center, AI infrastructure, or capital-intensive industries.
- Proven experience managing multi-entity, cross-border finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, corporate governance, internal controls, and familiarity with SOX compliance.
- Track record in fundraising, M&A, or capital markets engagements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with executives and boards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Preferred
- Experience in a NASDAQ-listed company.
- CPA, CFA, CA, or MBA credentials.
- Exposure to complex project financing (data center CAPEX, GPU procurement, structured credit).
- Experience building finance teams in hyper-growth environments.
