Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
As our Chief Financial Officer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the financial future of our company. You’ll oversee all financial operations, guide strategic decision-making, and provide the insight and leadership needed to support growth and stability. This role requires a hands-on leader who is just as comfortable managing day-to-day accounting functions as they are advising executives on long-term financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reporting.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and banking relationships.
- Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations.
- Partner with executives to identify risks, opportunities, and growth strategies.
- Mentor and develop the finance/accounting team.
- Utilize QuickBooks Enterprise desktop (Intuit) and Epicore P21 to manage accounting processes and generate financial reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Enterprise (Intuit) and related accounting tools.
- Expertise in GAAP, tax compliance, and financial analysis.
- Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate across departments.
- A proactive, strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
