We’ve raised A$10M pre-Series A and are looking for our first Business Operations hire. Whether you’re an ambitious associate hungry to accelerate your career, or a seasoned operator looking to step into a high-visibility role, this is your chance to work directly with founders and investors at the center of a fast-growing AI company.
What You'll Do
- Own investor communications: Take charge of monthly updates, reporting, and board decks that shape how investors see Brainfish.
- Build systems for scale: Design and run the operating cadence (leadership meetings, OKRs, offsites) that keep our global team aligned.
- Drive business operations: Lead contract and compliance workflows, making sure deals move quickly and Brainfish stays on top of obligations.
- Multiply founder impact: Partner with the CEO and CTO on their highest-leverage priorities - from shaping presentations to ensuring strategic initiatives land.
- Run special projects: Dive into high-impact opportunities in sales, product, or partnerships, taking ideas from zero to one.
What We're Looking For
- Associate level: 2-4 years in consulting, startups, strategy, or BizOps; sharp, fast learner
- Manager level: 5-7+ years in BizOps, strategy, or finance at a startup/scale-up
- Strong communicator - crisp writing, sharp decks, clear follow-through
- A builder who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoys making things run better.
- Detail-oriented when it comes to contracts and compliance, but comfortable zooming out to see the big picture.
