Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations and Enablement Analyst to join our team. You will be a key player in ensuring our sales team has the tools, data, and processes they need to succeed. This hands-on role is centered on enhancing sales productivity and execution. You will be instrumental in executing operational improvements and sales enablement initiatives under the direction of the VP of Sales & Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Operations

Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics, including performance by product, channel, and region. Maintain and build dashboards to provide the sales team and leadership with clear, actionable insights on performance and forecasting.

CRM Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRM system. Ensure data integrity, manage user access, and perform ongoing cleanup to support the sales team’s daily activities.

Sales Process Improvement: Identify and help resolve bottlenecks within the sales workflow. Support the development and implementation of new processes to improve efficiency and speed.

Data Analysis: Use advanced Excel skills to analyze historical sales data to inform territory planning, quota setting, and sales activity goals.

Commercial Support: Assist with the documentation and improvement of sales workflows, pricing logic, and overall customer data quality.
Sales Enablement

Onboarding and Training: Coordinate and execute new sales hire onboarding programs. Ensure new team members are rapidly equipped with the necessary knowledge and tools to begin contributing quickly.

Sales Resource Management: Work with Marketing and Product teams to organize and maintain a central repository of up-to-date sales collateral, including product information, playbooks, and case studies.

System and Tool Support: Provide direct support to the sales team on the use of sales tools, such as the CRM and other sales-related platforms. Manage tool access and troubleshoot issues to minimize disruption.

Communication: Coordinate sales enablement initiatives and communicate key insights and updates to the sales team.
Qualifications:

Must-Have:

2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a hands-on sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support role.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel + Power BI and experience creating clear, data-driven reports and dashboards.

Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Monday.com) is essential.

Strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail.

Proven collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with a sales team.

Nice-to-Have:

Prior experience in a B2B product business or manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI or similar platforms.

Experience coordinating projects involving process improvement or enablement.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
