Job Title : MS Dynamics CRM & CPQ/Revenue Functional Consultant
Job Type : W2/C2C
Experience : 8 – 15 years
Location : New York City, New York
Responsibilities
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations with exposure to CPQ/Revenue processes.
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes, CPQ configuration, pricing, discounting, and approvals.
- Experience in Revenue Management, subscription lifecycle, and billing integration.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 entities, workflows, business rules, and Power Automate flows.
- Ability to work with Salesforce migration knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, CPQ, or Revenue Cloud certifications are a plus.
- Act as the functional lead for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CPQ/Revenue Cloud implementations.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, process workflows, and system configurations.
- Design Dynamics CRM solutions aligned with CPQ, Billing, and Revenue Management processes.
- Configure CPQ solutions for product catalog, pricing, discounts, approvals, and quotes.
- Support Revenue Management processes, including subscription management, revenue recognition, and billing.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations between Dynamics CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop functional documentation: process flows, solution design, and business requirement documents.
- Conduct UAT, training, and provide support during deployment and post-go-live phases.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
