As Sales Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields,
- More than 4 years of experience in the relevant field,
- Strong knowledge of MS Office,
- High levels of energy and self-motivation,
- Reliability and sense of responsibility,
- Good communication skills,
- Customer-oriented thinking,
- Organisational talent and assertiveness,
- Very good command of English,
- Candidates should already possess valid residence and work permits for employment within the country.

- Order Processing; Accurately process customer orders in SAP, ensuring all details are correct and orders are fulfilled in a timely manner,
- Customer Service; Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing detailed information about our products and services,
- Sales Support; Assist the sales team with preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports,
- Data Management; Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date,
- Coordination; Coordinate with production, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers,
- Reporting; Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and assist in sales forecasting,
- Problem Resolution; Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher management when necessary,
- Administrative Tasks; Perform various administrative tasks to support the sales department, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars,
- Invoice Management; Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing,
- Receivable Tracking; Track receivables and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection,
- Logistics Supervision; Provide backup support to the logistics supervisor, coordinating transportation and delivery schedules, and resolving any logistics issues as needed.
