We are seeking a creative and results-driven Business Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital product including the AI healthcare portfolio. The Business Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving our organizational processes to increase efficiency and productivity by collecting and interpreting data, identifying business problems, and recommending solutions to management. Key responsibilities include process mapping, data-driven forecasting, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating reports and presentations, and monitoring performance indicators to achieve strategic business goals.

Introduction
As a Business Operations Analyst at NASCI, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the world's leading software developers and publishers across various industries. You will play a key role in formulating data-driven strategies for globally scaling client apps and revenues and be responsible for assisting app publishers in creating and implementing ad revenue strategies that drive the greatest yield for our ad inventory.
You’ll be the connective tissue between our go-to-market (GTM) teams—Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Customer Support—and our internal AI and engineering teams.
You will also apply data-driven problem-solving in launching and managing user acquisition campaigns to help app publishers grow our software application portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex medical datasets, including electronic health records (EHRs) and clinical trial data, to identify trends and build predictive models.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate data insights into actionable improvements in patient care.
- Ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, aligning engineering delivery with real-world business need
- Assist app publishers in creating and implementing ad revenue strategies that maximize yield for their ad inventory.
- Apply data-driven problem-solving in launching and managing user acquisition (UA) campaigns to help app publishers grow their apps.
- Monitor daily performance of ad revenue and UA campaigns against key KPIs, identifying both growth opportunities and anomalies.
- Analyze and structure large datasets to surface insights and drive business impact.
- Leverage SQL and analytical tools to monitor performance, optimize strategies, and clearly communicate results across teams.
- Run projects that drive operational efficiencies and revenue-generating tactics, working closely with the sales team to roll out scalable solutions.
- Design and implement alerting and reporting systems to proactively identify, triage, and resolve problems while surfacing opportunities for growth.
- Partner with internal product teams to inform the development of high-impact features and tools.
Basic Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in an analytically driven role, ideally in high-growth B2B technology companies, high-growth tech, finance, strategy & ops, product, product-analytics, or top-tier consulting
- Strong analytical ability and experience working across complex quantitative problems and large datasets
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical and analytical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid track record of working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable university (or equivalent work experience).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier business school or in a quantitative field (e.g., math, computer science, economics, healthcare, engineering). Graduate degree preferred
- SQL (high degree of proficiency)
- Python skills for automation, data analysis, and workflow optimization.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative data/analytics workflows.
- Experience leveraging GenAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate analysis and problem-solving.
- Experience in the mobile app ecosystem, with knowledge of metrics such as ROAS, retention, and LTV curves.
- Proven ability to drive projects from analysis to actionable outcomes with minimal guidance and oversight.
- High-growth tech startup or performance advertising experience is a strong plus.
