We are urgently looking for CFO for one of the Chemical Manufacturing Industry at Ahmedabad location.
Position Details
- Experience: Minimum 10 years (preferably in B2B / industrial sector)
- Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)
- Note: The candidate should be open to working in a dynamic and growing chemical company, with the ability to adapt and contribute to its expansion journey.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Modeling & Analysis
- Develop and maintain financial models for business planning, budgeting, forecasting, new projects, and strategic investments
Strategic Financial Advisory
- Advise senior management on financial implications of business activities, expansion plans, and investments
Budgeting, Forecasting & MIS
- Lead preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor the finance team to drive performance and capability building
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools)
- Solid understanding of corporate finance, valuation methods, and capital structuring
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights for business leaders
- Knowledge of accounting standards (IND AS, IFRS preferred).
