The CFO will be driving financial strategy, governance, and operational excellence. This role is accountable for ensuring financial health, compliance, and sustainable growth, while leading a high-performing finance team.

Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant with 20 years of post qualification progressive experience.
- Additional professional certifications / MBA is highly advantageous
- Financial Leadership experience in the Manufacturing industry is an absolute must.
- Proven experience in treasury management, capital structuring, and cross-border financial operations.
- Exposure to managing international projects, foreign exchange, and transfer pricing.
- Experience in leading digital transformation within finance (ERP/SAP, automation, analytics) preferred.
