Role Description
TUFFA Products is seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales and Operations Specialist to join our Perth team and support our sales, customer service and warehouse operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with processing of quotes, sales orders and fulfilments. This role also provides executive assistance for the State Manager. The Ideal candidate will be professional, detail-oriented, hands on and someone that thrives on managing a variety of tasks in a face paces setting.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Responsive to clients calls, emails or walk-in requests.
- Assist the State Manager with diary management, travel bookings and meeting coordination
