TxTCharlie Automotive Group is a high-end, performance-driven dealership group specializing in exotic and luxury vehicles, including Porsche, Bentley, Ferrari, and Morgan Motor Cars. With over $150M in annual sales and multiple operating divisions (retail, wholesale, service, body, and real estate), we’re entering our next phase of growth — and we’re looking for a CFO who can bring structure, clarity, and strategy to our expanding financial ecosystem.
Role Summary
We’re seeking a hands-on, strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead all financial operations, strengthen systems, and provide real-time visibility into performance. This role will partner directly with ownership and oversee accounting, banking, and strategic planning across all entities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all accounting and finance operations across multiple entities (dealership, service/body, real estate).
- Build and maintain detailed cash flow forecasts, 12-month rolling budgets, and department-level P&Ls.
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and floor-plan providers to optimize capital structure and interest costs.
- Implement financial dashboards and analytics to track profitability by department and product line.
- Oversee accounting team (comptroller + 3 staff) and improve reporting accuracy and timing.
- Strengthen internal controls, compliance, and audit-readiness across all departments.
- Prepare professional financial packages for lenders, OEMs, and expansion projects (e.g., new Kia dealership, real estate investments).
- Advise the CEO on growth strategy, risk management, and capital allocation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred).
- Minimum 7–10 years of senior financial leadership, ideally in automotive retail, high-volume dealership groups, or multi-entity operations.
- Strong grasp of floor-plan financing, real estate lending, and multi-location accounting.
- Exceptional analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP/DMS systems
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business strategy.
- High energy, precision, and integrity — thrives in a fast-paced, owner-driven environment.
- Car Dealership experience is a great plus
