We're seeking a CEO/CFO to oversee both the operational and financial direction of a well-established non-profit organization making a lasting impact in the community.
This unique opportunity is ideal for a mission-driven professional who thrives in a leadership role that combines 70% CFO responsibilities and 30% CEO oversight.
What You'll Do
Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
Oversee accounting functions in QuickBooks to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Manage filing and regulatory requirements.
Develop and execute financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability.
Provide executive leadership and strategic direction in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and objectives.
Foster productive relationships with staff, vendors, and community partners.
Utilize DME (Durable Medical Equipment) systems experience (preferred) to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
Demonstrated experience in a senior financial or executive leadership role, preferably within a non-profit environment.
Proficiency in QuickBooks; experience with DME systems a plus.
CPA not required, but beneficial.
Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week).
