The Japanese Bilingual PMO will support program and project governance activities while acting as a key communication bridge between Japanese stakeholders and global delivery teams. The role ensures project tracking, reporting, coordination, and compliance with PMO standards, along with high-quality Japanese?English communication.

PMO / Project Governance
- Support end-to-end PMO activities across programs and projects
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies
- Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, and status dashboards
- Ensure adherence to PMO governance frameworks, processes, and quality standards
- Support financial tracking: effort, billing, invoicing, budgets, and forecasts
- Coordinate project reviews, steering committee meetings, and governance calls
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Act as a single point of coordination between Japanese clients/stakeholders and delivery teams
- Facilitate regular project status meetings and follow-ups
- Capture meeting minutes (MoM), decisions, and action items in Japanese and English
- Ensure clear communication of project updates, risks, and escalations
Japanese Language Support
- Translate and interpret project-related documents, emails, presentations, and meeting discussions (Japanese ? English)
- Support preparation of client-facing artefacts in Japanese
- Ensure cultural sensitivity and effective cross-cultural communication
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports for leadership and clients
- Maintain project documentation repositories
- Support audits, compliance checks, and management reviews
Project Management
