Your role and responsibilities
As an
Internal Communications Specialist, you will be part of a high-impact communications team that shapes and delivers integrated communication strategies across
India, APAC, and global Business Operations. You will work closely with senior leaders, cross-functional teams, and global stakeholders to craft compelling narratives, execute campaigns, and drive employee engagement across multiple platforms.
This role requires
end-to-end ownership, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities
India Communications
- Drive end-to-end execution of newsletters, email campaigns, leadership messages, and video content
- Drive townhalls, leadership connects, and internal events (content, scripting, and execution)
- Develop review reports, leadership decks, and storytelling assets
- Create engaging, employee-centric content aligned to business priorities
APAC Communications
- Deliver mailers, posters, and business updates across APAC markets
- Drive participation in external/global awards, including nominations and coordination with stakeholders
- Drive regional townhalls and campaigns, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
Global Communications
- Support global leader communications, including mailers, videos, and executive messaging
- Contribute to podcasts, global townhalls, and large-scale campaigns
- Create high-quality content aligned to global narratives and priorities
Content & Innovation
- Leverage AI tools to create written, visual, and animated content at scale
- Experiment with and deliver new-age formats such as podcasts, short-form videos, and social-style storytelling
- Continuously innovate to improve engagement, reach, and storytelling impact
Stakeholder & Program Management
- Build strong relationships with leaders across India, APAC, and global teams
- Manage multiple projects with complete ownership, from ideation to execution
- Collaborate across functions to ensure alignment and timely delivery
Preferred Education
Master's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- 6–7 years of experience in internal communications / corporate communications / content strategy
- Strong storytelling and content creation skills across formats (emailers, videos, decks, scripts, podcasts)
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered content tools (for writing, design, video, or animation)
- Exposure to multi-geo communications (India/APAC/global) is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and drive end-to-end execution
- Strong project management, collaboration, and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
