They are looking for a hands-on and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their Executive Leadership Team.
This is a high-impact role suited to a seasoned finance leader or a Vice President of Finance ready to take the next step into a C-suite position. The CFO will oversee a small, globally dispersed finance team and work closely with the CEO and Board to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the company’s growth and transformation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis across international operations including consulting, content and technology delivery.
- Oversee financial controls, governance, and compliance
- Provide financial leadership and decision support to executive stakeholders
- Deliver clear, compelling financial presentations to internal and external stakeholders
- Foster a collaborative, high-performance finance culture across geographies
- Support M&A activities including valuation, due diligence, and investor engagement
Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of senior finance leadership experience, ideally in technology-enabled services or healthcare/pharma communications (CA, CPA or CIMA a must) along with experience supporting M&A activities and investor interactions, strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking and exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. Must have an inclusive leadership style with a hands-on approach to team management.
Location & Compensation:
- US-based, ideally East Coast with flexibility for hybrid working
- Salary range: USD $225–250K + 20–25% bonus + long-term incentive tied to company goal attainment
