Executive Assistant (Admin + Bookkeeping Focus) – Remote

Play Interactive is a fast-growing experiential marketing agency working with some of the biggest names in pop culture and gaming. We’re looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CFO with both administrative and bookkeeping tasks.
What you’ll do:
- Handle scheduling, call coordination, and calendar management
- Assist with email organization and follow-ups
- Assist CFO with day-to-day administrative and finance tasks (expenses, invoices, reimbursements)
- Keep spreadsheets and reports organized (Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks a plus)
- Maintain digital records and help with financial tracking
- Occasionally, day to day tasks such as errands, returns, etc.
- Must be willing to occasionally travel to large scale events across the continental U.S. - including but not limited to California (Anime Expo), NYC (NYCC), Indianapolis (Gen Con)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in executive assistant, personal assistant, admin, and bookkeeping roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Self motivated, proactive communicator
- Ability to manage calls, schedules, and deadlines
- Proficiency with spreadsheets (Google and Excel)
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar is preferred
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Experience with Air Table is a big plus
