Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company’s entire Finance, Accounts, and Compliance functions.
- Develop financial strategies aligned with business goals.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and cost control.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation.
- Ensure statutory compliance: GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, Audit, FEMA, etc.
- Present financial insights, risks, and opportunities to top management.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Drive financial controls, internal audits, and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to fundraising, investor relations, and long-term financial planning.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; CPA / MBA Finance an added advantage.
- Minimum 10–15 years of progressive experience in finance leadership.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, and financial modeling.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
