Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Ind AS, Companies Act, and RBI guidelines.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including consolidation if applicable.
- Manage statutory audits, internal audits, and RBI inspections, ensuring timely closure and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to RBI Master Directions, NBFC Prudential Norms, and CRAR requirements.
- Handle taxation matters including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and coordinate with consultants for filings and assessments.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and reconcile books of accounts, general ledger, and sub-ledgers using ERP or accounting software.
- Ensure timely submission of RBI returns, ROC filings, and other regulatory disclosures.
- Support in ALM reporting, asset classification, and provisioning as per RBI norms.
- Assist in fund raising, loan documentation, and credit rating processes.
- Evaluate and implement internal financial controls, risk mitigation strategies, and SOPs.
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, and external stakeholders for treasury and compliance matters.
Skills & Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 20 plus years of experience in NBFCs or financial services.
- Strong command over RBI regulations, Ind AS, and taxation frameworks.
- Proficiency in Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and compliance portals (RBI COSMOS, MCA).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to work under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Delhi. The CFO will oversee all financial activities of the organization, including financial planning, analyzing financial risks, managing financial reports, and devising growth strategies. The role involves establishing and monitoring financial controls, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and working closely with executives to drive strategic financial decisions. The CFO will also lead budgeting efforts, evaluate investment opportunities, and help optimize financial performance.

- Extensive experience in executive financial roles, with prior exposure to financial institutions preferred
