Owners Corporation Network (OCN) is a non-profit organisation which helps strata property owners and residents – via our website – to navigate the complexities of strata living.
Our other primary goal is advocacy. In this, we are fiercely independent and not aligned with any commercial interest – what matters to a strata owner or resident is what matters most to us.
OCN has a small and dedicated team, all working remotely, part-time. As our business operations lead, you will report to the Managing Director – Operations and provide support to effectively manage the organisation’s operations and its partner relationships.
This is a part-time role of approximately 3 days per week, with terms to be negotiated. As a fully remote organisation, we can tailor the role for the successful candidate.
The role requires an energetic, organised self-starter with demonstrated experience in a similar position. We are a growing organisation, and you will need initiative and the ability to think on your feet, manage competing demands, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. You will operate across a number of online platforms.
