Meixin New Materials Co., Ltd. is the parent company of
MEIXIN NEW MATERIAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. It specializes in the research, development, manufacturing, and sales of high-performance adhesive materials—including adhesive tapes and adhesives—thermal interface materials, electromagnetic shielding materials, and other advanced materials. Its business covers the full process from raw material development to sales and after-sales service.
The company’s main products include high-performance adhesive tapes and adhesives for lithium-ion batteries, various high-performance conductive adhesive tapes, thermal conductive tapes, and thermal pads. These products are widely used in the electronics and electrical industries, consumer electronics, and new energy vehicles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee the company’s overall financial strategy, ensuring robust financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk to support sustainable business growth.
- Lead the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to strengthen risk management and operational efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial insights to the Board of Directors and senior management to support key business decisions.
- Monitor business performance through financial analysis, cost management, and KPI evaluation.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders on financial matters.
- Support corporate development initiatives such as mergers & acquisitions, investment evaluations, and long-term business planning.
Qualifications
- Minimum Junior College qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in financial management, corporate accounting, or senior-level finance leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, compliance requirements, and internal control systems.
- Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams while managing complex financial operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to corporate governance.
