Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring financial health, and providing strategic direction. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, analyzing data to inform business decisions, preparing financial statements and reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership to guide the company’s financial growth and stability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and Financial Reporting
- Strong knowledge of core Finance principles and Analytical Skills
- Proven experience in oversight of financial strategies and corporate compliance
- Outstanding ability to provide strategic financial guidance to support business growth
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- CPA or CFA certification is preferred
