We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Executive to join our growing SaaS company in New Jersey. You will play a key role in supporting the sales organization, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational excellence to drive business growth.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and optimize sales processes, workflows, and CRM systems to support the sales team.
- Generate, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipeline data.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
- Support sales enablement, including onboarding, training, and documentation for the team.
- Assist with territory planning, quota management, and incentive program administration.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer success to ensure alignment and operational efficiency.
Who You Are:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or SaaS sales support.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Based in New Jersey or willing to commute.
