About the Role
CACI UK is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to succeed the current CFO who is planning to retire. The role reports to CACI UK’s CEO, Tracy Weir.
The primary focus of the role is financial operations and reporting. However, as one of our most senior leaders, you will work alongside the CEO to drive our growth strategy, with a view to doubling the size of the UK business in the next 3-4 years. We have had a long history of successful growth, both organic and through acquisition. You will be part of the CACI Executive Leadership team, shaping the strategy for the entire UK business and function as a business adviser and partner to the CEO on a variety of issues.
We turn over £250m in the UK, delivering healthy profits and cash generation. We are wholly owned by CACI Inc, a Fortune 500 company with revenue in excess of $8.5bn. CACI Inc in the US provides services to the US Government, whereas the UK operation has 1000+ customers, most of whom are commercial. Consequently, the UK business has a high level of autonomy. As you might expect the CFO works closely with our US Finance team.
There has never been a more interesting time to join CACI UK. We are undergoing a significant transformation under an overarching business theme ‘One CACI’. This fosters a culture of collaborative working and sharing of expertise across our diverse business, enabling us to service our clients effectively, drive growth, and make CACI a great place to work for everyone.
Our US parent is fully supportive of our growth ambition and has allocated capital for organic and inorganic growth opportunities. We have an internal M&A team to support a successful acquisition strategy which is a key part of the CFO’s organisation. We have acquired three businesses in the past two years.
