Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial strategy, planning, and performance management of a high-growth business operating a project-based revenue model.
- Partner closely with the CEO, leadership team, and investors to support strategic decision-making and drive sustainable growth.
- Develop and enhance best-in-class FP&A capabilities, including financial modelling, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
- Manage investor and board relationships, delivering insightful reporting, performance analysis, and a compelling financial narrative.
- Build and scale the finance function, transitioning from outsourced support to a high-performing in-house team.
- Establish robust governance, controls, and reporting processes aligned with private equity best practice.
- Drive operational finance improvements, including utilisation reporting, project profitability analysis, and working capital optimisation.
- Support commercial initiatives across pricing strategy, sales pipeline management, and client growth opportunities.
- Act as a trusted business partner to the leadership team, balancing ambitious growth objectives with financial discipline.
