Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Chief Sales Officer based on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing and leading sales strategy, managing sales operations, achieving revenue growth objectives, and driving business development initiatives. The role includes training and mentoring sales teams, streamlining sales processes, managing performance metrics, and collaborating on organizational goals to ensure the alignment of sales objectives with business priorities.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Sales and Business Development.
Proven experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management.
Demonstrated ability in Training and mentoring sales teams.
Effective leadership in Team Management and performance optimization.
Strategic thinking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Experience in leading initiatives within a competitive and dynamic market environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Experience with Chemicals a significant plus.
