Key Responsibilities:
· Project Finance & Corporate Finance
· Fundraising and Capital Markets expertise
· P&L Responsibilities
· Budgeting & Forecasting
· Risk Management & Compliance
· Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A)
· Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
· Exposure on Pre IPO and Post IPO process.
Educational Background:
· Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) certification (Essential).
· Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (Preferred).
· 15 years of senior financial leadership experience (ideally including CFO or VP Finance role).
· Proven experience in strategic financial planning and corporate finance.
· In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and compliance requirements.
· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
· Experience in managing investor relations and fundraising.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in Manufacturing.
- Prior involvement in IPO or high-growth scaling environments.
