We’re currently hiring:
We are seeking a strategic, tech savvy Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with proven experience in finance, auditing, M&A, and technology driven sectors to join our leadership team.
This is a pivotal opportunity for a finance executive who wants to help shape the financial direction of a fast scaling AI data center company. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical rigor and entrepreneurial spirit to a high growth, innovation led environment.
Responsibilities
* Strategic Financial Leadership:
Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with our AI data center and Neocloud growth roadmap.
* Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long term financial modeling for data center infrastructure projects and global expansion.
* Fundraising & Investor Relations:
Partner with the CEO and board to secure equity and debt financing; manage relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
* Auditing & Compliance:
Oversee audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance in line with U.S. GAAP and international standards.
* Mergers & Acquisitions:
Identify and evaluate M&A opportunities, strategic partnerships, and joint ventures within the AI infrastructure and hyperscale ecosystem.
* Operational Finance:
Implement systems and processes to improve financial reporting, risk management, and cash flow optimization.
* Equity & Cap Table Management:
Administer stock options, investor equity structures, and financial due diligence for capital raises.
Qualifications
✅ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred)
✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance leadership, auditing, or M&A (preferably in Tech, Cloud, Data Center, or AI sectors)
✅ Strong background in financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor communications
✅ Experience working with startups or high growth technology companies
✅ Knowledge of AI infrastructure, hyperscale environments, or cloud operations is a major plus
✅ U.S. or Europe based candidates preferred
✅ Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic execution skills
