This executive leadership role will oversee all financial operations, drive business performance, and partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy and long-term planning
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
- Provide strategic insights to support business growth, investments, and operational decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax requirements, and corporate governance standards
- Manage banking relationships, audits, risk management, and capital planning
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance teams

Qualification
- CPA, CA, CMA, or equivalent professional designation preferred
- 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, including senior executive roles
- Strong background in financial planning & analysis, reporting, and strategic finance
- Experience supporting growth-stage, private equity-backed, or complex organizations is an asset
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
