Rawls is looking for a strategic, hands-on Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead finance across our fast-growing portfolio including Rawls Salon, Twamev Luxury Spa, SERÉ Haircare, and other group ventures.
Role Highlights:
- Work closely with the Founder & CEO on growth, expansion & profitability
- Lead financial strategy, MIS, compliance, audits & governance
- Drive multi-location P&L, cash flow, unit economics & scalability
- Support investment models, fundraising & investor readiness
Ideal Profile:
- CA / MBA (Finance)
- 12+ years of experience, with senior leadership exposure
- Experience in retail, hospitality, salon, spa, FMCG or consumer brands
- Strong grip on multi-entity finance & fast-scaling businesses
- Location: Gurugram

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
