Role Overview:
LegaLogic is seeking a senior professional to work closely with the Practice Heads to improve operational efficiency and data analysis to enable strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical, financial and business acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operational Reporting and Insights:
Build dashboards and insight-driven reports on revenue performance, work progress, team productivity, client feedback, client mining, proposal pipeline.
• Performance Monitoring:
Support Practice Heads in tracking key business and operational KPIs.
• Data-Driven Decision Support:
Leverage internal data and market intelligence to decide on recruitment plans, pricing, identifying trends, opportunities in practice performance across revenue, client engagement, work lifecycle, and team utilization.
• Pre-sales support:
Provide data and research support for client pitch, RFPs, and cross-practice collaboration; analyze historical engagements for growth opportunities
• Process Optimization and automation:
Conduct a comprehensive review of current workflows, reporting mechanisms, and resource allocation models. Identify areas for process improvement to enhance practice efficiency, including the automation of manual processes. This assessment requires cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred Profile:
• Atleast 5 years of experience in operations, or project management roles, preferably within a law firm or professional services firms.
• Excellent data interpretation, business analytics, and reporting skills. Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Excel, or similar.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — must be able to convey insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and without supervision.
