Role Mandate
Build and scale multiple high trust demand engines for a premium executive programme. The objective is to reduce reliance on paid ads and sales led closures by creating sustained, authority driven demand. This is a market making and demand orchestration role, not performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end to end GTM strategy
• Shift paid media from volume generation to intent capture
• Build authority led demand through founder thought leadership
• Activate alumni as peer validators and referral engines
• Convert faculty and programme credibility into trust assets
• Develop strategic partner led demand initiatives
• Enforce cohort selectivity and eligibility based scarcity
Success Metrics
• Higher quality, warm and referral led enquiries
• Reduced dependency on paid ads for conversions
• Stronger lead to conversation quality
• Shorter conviction cycles
• Improved programme prestige and selectivity
Ideal Candidate
• Experience in high ticket B2B, executive education, or consulting GTM
• Strong strategic thinking and narrative judgement
• Comfortable operating without playbooks
• Senior enough to challenge assumptions
