Role: GTM Recruiting Manager (B2B SaaS)

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles including Sales, Marketing, Revenue, and Customer Success.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance, quality, and hiring excellence.
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring roadmaps and workforce needs.
- Scale GTM teams across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
- Leverage data and recruiting analytics to optimize funnel efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future GTM hiring needs.
- Drive best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate experience.
- Continuously improve hiring processes and employer branding initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12 years of experience in GTM / Sales / Revenue recruiting, preferably in B2B SaaS or high-growth startups.
- 2+ years of people management experience, leading recruiter teams.
- Proven success in scaling GTM teams across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions.
- Strong understanding of SaaS GTM models (SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise).
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience using ATS and recruiting analytics tools.
