Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager to join our dynamic team. This position will be responsible for driving the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of GTM strategies for products, services and partner initiatives, including enabling leadership with program-level visibility into value proposition, adoption, and where applicable revenue impact. This role requires a strong blend of analytical rigor, strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and cross-functional leadership. The successful candidate will work closely with product management, product operations, marketing, sales, revenue operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure GTM plans are well-coordinated, data-driven, and aligned with overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Analytics & Automation
Advanced expertise in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, macros/automation) and analytics tools to support GTM planning and performance measurement
Experience building scalable, dynamic dashboards that provide role-based views for executives and cross-functional stakeholders
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with product management, marketing, sales, enablement, and revenue operations to align GTM strategy, messaging, and execution
Facilitate effective communication and coordination across multiple GTM workstreams and stakeholders
Identify and proactively address execution gaps or dependencies that could impact GTM effectiveness
Strategy & Execution Leadership
Assist in development and execution of end-to-end GTM plans, including market segmentation, target customer definition and positioning
Ensure GTM strategies are grounded in customer insights, market dynamics, and competitive intelligence
Continuously evaluate GTM outcomes and iterate on strategy to improve adoption, growth, and efficiency
Market, Product, And Industry Acumen
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes relevant to product portfolio
Partner with product, sales and marketing teams to incorporate market feedback into roadmap, positioning, and GTM strategy
Stay current on emerging GTM best practices, AI-driven insights, and analytics approaches to inform continuous improvement
Partner with operations teams to improve tooling, workflows, and data quality supporting GTM execution
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication
Engage with senior leadership to provide clear, data-driven updates on GTM plans, launch readiness, and performance
Synthesize complex data into concise executive-level narratives and recommendations
Gather, prioritize, and incorporate stakeholder feedback to refine GTM strategies and execution plans
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in GTM, product marketing, revenue operations, strategy, or a related role, with at least 1 year operating in a highly cross-functional capacity
Technical Skills: Strong analytical background with proven experience using Office 365, particularly advanced Excel (advanced formulas, data modeling, Power Query, automation). Experience working with sales, marketing, and product data to drive insights and decision-making. Familiarity with analytics, reporting, and AI-assisted tools to enhance planning and execution
AI Fluency: Demonstrated comfort leveraging AI tools for analysis, insights generation, automation, and productivity enhancement
Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive results.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts and data clearly to diverse audiences.
Problem-Solving: Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills, with a history of turning ambiguity into structured, actionable plans.
Certifications: Certifications in Product Marketing, GTM Strategy, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Data/Analytics are a strong plus.
Tools: Demonstrated proficiency with Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), analytics and BI tools, and modern AI-enabled productivity and analysis tools
