Position: Senior Manager, Marketing & Sales Operations

Overview
Aitech Systems is seeking a highly capable Senior Manager of Marketing & Sales Operations Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing systems, sales processes, and go-to-market (GTM) execution. This hybrid role will lead marketing automation, the growth of our tech stack, the maturity of our indirect/direct sales funnel, and data integrity.
Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Automation

Lead marketing operations initiatives, including email marketing, nurture, automation, and lead scoring.
- Report and influence KPIs including demand generation, pipeline impact, and ROI.

Own the marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Pardot, ABM, analytics, attribution, enrichment, etc.), ensuring seamless integration with sales systems.

Champion marketing and sales performance by building dashboards to improve customer service and surface insights to empower decision making.

Evaluate and implement new funnel processes that increase efficiency, customer insights, and improve cross-team collaboration.
Integrated Marketing

Support marketing teams to design and execute global integrated marketing programs ensuring consistency
- Measure and report on campaign performance, tracking awareness, engagement, demand generation, and pipeline impact by company, persona, and region.

Align campaign execution with customer communications, product launches, trade shows, PR, and digital demand programs.

Plan and execute local trade shows in India, coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure brand consistency, lead capture, and measurable ROI.

Support the execution of transactional communications (e.g., automated confirmations, system notifications, customer updates) to ensure compliance and seamless customer experience across regions.
Sales Operations & GTM Strategy

Analyze and provide insights around pipeline health, sales productivity, processes, and revenue trends that improve win rates and help us scale.
- Own lead management and opportunity lifecycle processes to ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff.

Lead forecasting processes across teams and regions to drive accuracy, accountability, and confidence in pipeline visibility.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide real-time visibility into bookings, pipeline, and performance against targets.

Ensure sales teams have the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed by partnering closely with Sales Enablement and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications

10+ years in marketing operations, sales/revenue operations in B2B environments.

Deep expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent), including admin-level

Proven track record of leading marketing operations strategy and execution in B2B, preferably in technology or aerospace/defense industries.

Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Pardot, or equivalent).

Experience with lead scoring, funnel management, and attribution models.
Preferred Additional Skills

Experience working in global, matrixed organizations.
