Our client is a key part of an international business with an established Australian operation delivering a portfolio of high-end residences, boutique developments and commercial spaces. Their projects combine award‑worthy architecture with practical, future‑focused sustainability—creating lasting value for owners, tenants and communities.
The CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for setting the strategic direction of the function and lead the planning and delivery of financial strategies, corporate financial management and contract management aligned with the organisation’s strategic priorities and business need. The role will also require you to:
- Partner with the Managing Director and Group CFO to develop and execute the long-term financial strategy.
- Provide commercial insight to support growth initiatives, investments, M&A, and expansion across domestic and international markets.
- Translate financial performance into clear, actionable insights for executive and Board-level decision-making.
- Focus on local funding options and work closely with a network of future investors.
Qualifications & Experience
- CPA or CA qualified (or equivalent international qualification recognised in Australia).
- Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within a medium to large organisation.
- Demonstrated experience working with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, investors, or operations.
- Strong background in commercial analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Leverage an established local network across the finance and investment sectors.
