The Opportunity
We work with fast-growing startups to identify core talent who can independently own outcomes, including executives (CEO / CMO / CSO) as well as management trainees and future leaders with real execution capability.
If you don’t want to be just another cog in the machine,
and instead want to own and drive a real business function within a startup,
whether you’re an experienced executive or a management trainee with proven hands-on ability,

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The Chief Executive Officer is responsible for overall company leadership, vision, execution, and results.
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for technical architecture, engineering execution, and platform scalability.
Chief Product Officer (CPO)
The Chief Product Officer is responsible for product vision, roadmap, and product–market fit.
VP of Engineering
The VP of Engineering is responsible for leading engineering teams and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery, typically reporting to the CTO.
Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
The Chief Growth Officer is responsible for end-to-end growth across acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
The Chief Revenue Officer is responsible for all revenue-generating functions, including sales, marketing, partnerships, and revenue operations.
VP of Business Development (VP BD)
The VP of Business Development is responsible for strategic partnerships, key deals, and new revenue channel development.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for day-to-day operations and cross-functional execution.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for financial strategy, budgeting, cash flow management, and fundraising support.

The Sydney Yangtze River Delta Youth Association is an organization dedicated to promoting exchange and cooperation among students and young people from the Yangtze River Delta region in Sydney, Australia.
