TITLE: Business Operations Associate
GRADE: 9
Job Description
The objective of Business Operations Associate is to ensure POs are validated and compliant as per NCR Voyix Guidelines. Assistance in forecasting of cost / Revenue based on project call volumes.
The resource should be a self-motivated individual with a good understanding of Process, Tools & Business knowledge . Resource should be a team player.
He/she should be a self-motivated individual who can stimulate steady process enhancement to present increasing operational efficiency.
Excellent trend analysis and analytical skills, problem solving, influence skills and good team player.
Good knowledge of data analysis and data modelling also should have knowledge of analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau and Advance Excel.
Responsibilities

Responsible for timely and accurate Validation of Pos
-
Position involves coordination & communication with vendors, Project managers and internal stakeholders.

Respond immediately to Vendor / PM’s concerns/problems by resolving them or by escalating them to appropriate stakeholders.

Adherence to processes and systems and smooth functioning without follow-ups.

Constant monitoring the Aged PO’s and work closely with PM’s for closure.

Coordinating and monitoring the performance of vendors in maintaining the timeframe

Timely reporting and analytics to maintain PO compliance.

Identify and implement process improvement ideas. Work with management to support upstream and downstream business groups and optimize the end-to-end process.

Excellent teamwork and people skills, positive attitude, excellent organizational skills and follow-up, strong sense of urgency, results oriented.

Built custom tools like Data visualization reports using Power BI, MS Excel, Power Pivot and Power point presentations.

Ability to work independently as well as being part of a team. Adaptable enthusiastic quick learner. Enthusiastic, flexible, career driven and responsible.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new systems.

Good to have Six Sigma certification and knowledge related to Project Management.

Developed forecasting tools and dashboards to analyze revenue variance & business pipeline.
Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or computer science (or equivalent education, knowledge and/or experience as determined by the hiring organization)

Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software
