Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on, enterprise-focused Chief Revenue Officer to lead and scale MyOutDesk’s revenue engine. This role is ideal for a data-driven, high-performing revenue leader who thrives in emerging-brand environments and knows how to build enterprise sales organizations from the ground up.
The CRO will own enterprise client acquisition, go-to-market strategy, and revenue execution, with a clear mandate to drive top-line growth and establish scalable, repeatable sales systems.
What You’ll Do:
Enterprise Growth & Revenue Strategy
- Drive enterprise client acquisition, focusing on complex engagements that deliver teams of 20+ globally distributed professionals
- Design and execute revenue strategies aligned with aggressive annual growth targets
- Lead consultative, executive-level sales cycles in low-brand, high-trust environments
Sales Organization Leadership
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Serve as a player-coach—actively prospecting, joining sales calls, and setting the execution standard
- Optimize multiple sales channels and continuously improve performance across the organization
Execution, Systems & Analytics
- Establish and track KPIs, pipeline metrics, and revenue forecasts with precision in the first 90 days
- Implement scalable sales processes and infrastructure using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, AI tools, and modern sales tech
- Drive CRM optimization, upsell strategies, and cross-functional revenue initiatives
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Marketing and Executive Leadership to align on GTM strategy, messaging, and enterprise outreach
- Provide leadership in revenue operations and company-wide growth initiatives
What Success Looks Like:
- First 30 days: Assess the current sales organization, identify immediate revenue opportunities, and engage enterprise prospects
- 60–90 days: Demonstrate measurable progress through pipeline growth, team mobilization, and early enterprise wins
- 12 months: Build a scalable, repeatable enterprise sales function and deliver against the company’s strategic growth targets
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of senior leadership experience in revenue-generating roles
- Proven success selling B2B services in recruiting, HR services, BPO, outsourcing, or SaaS environments
- Strong track record of building and scaling enterprise sales teams
- Deep expertise in data-driven sales leadership and performance frameworks
- Hunter mentality with executive presence and strong emotional intelligence
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and tech-forward sales processes
- Experience building and managing high- performance sales teams
- Willingness to work on-site in Sacramento, CA
- Limited travel, primarily for strategic client meetings or team engagement
