Our client is a global leader in renewable energy investment and power generation. As the company continues its rapid international expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic and commercially astute Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the global finance organization.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the company’s long‑term financial strategy, optimizing capital allocation, and driving sustainable business performance across multiple geographies. This role will also provide decisive leadership on governance, risk management, and investor engagement. Ensuring the financial strength and scalability required for continued global growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the global financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.
- Provide financial insights to guide long-term growth and investment decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance, profitability, and efficiency.
- Deliver clear, data‑driven analysis to support decision‑making.
- Oversee global accounting operations and high‑quality financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS/US GAAP, audits, and statutory requirements.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation, and financing activities.
- Lead risk management, governance, and timely financial close processes.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within multinational environments.
- Proven track record leading FP&A, accounting, and full finance operations at senior level.
- Experience overseeing finance across multiple countries or regions.
- Background in renewable energy or infrastructure is a strong advantage but not essential.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution capability in fast‑growing, complex environments.
- Experience managing regulatory, reporting, and compliance requirements across jurisdictions.
- Native‑level English proficiency, with outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
