We’re looking for a hands-on Revenue Operations Specialist to support and strengthen the systems, processes, and data that power our commercial growth.
Reporting into our Senior Director, ANZ Growth, you’ll work across the end-to-end revenue lifecycle - from lead generation through to renewals, helping create clarity, consistency, and better decision-making across how we win, implement, retain, and grow customers.
This is our first dedicated RevOps role. You’ll be laying important foundations while delivering practical, day-to-day impact. You’ll work closely with the Growth leadership team, Finance, and the Project Management Office to improve visibility, reduce friction, and support more predictable growth.

Map and help optimise core revenue processes (lead deal implementation renewal expansion).

Support clear handover points between Sales, Solutions, Implementation, and Customer Success.

Maintain and improve pricing approvals, deal desk workflows, and renewal processes.

Administer and maintain HubSpot to ensure accurate pipeline, forecasting, and customer lifecycle data.

Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on key revenue metrics (e.g. ARR, churn, win rates, sales velocity).

Support Finance with forecasting inputs, data validation, and revenue analysis.

Help manage and improve revenue-related tools and workflows.

Create and maintain templates, reports, and lightweight automation to reduce manual effort.

Support adoption of agreed tools and processes across Marketing, Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success.

Act as a point of coordination across revenue teams, helping maintain shared definitions, data standards, and reporting.

Partner with Finance and Product on pricing, quoting, and deal data as needed.

Surface insights on operational gaps, data issues, and process inefficiencies.

Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role in a SaaS or recurring revenue business.

Solid understanding of commercial workflows across sales, delivery, and customer lifecycle.

Strong analytical and systems capability (CRM administration, reporting, data hygiene, basic automation).

Comfortable working cross-functionally and supporting multiple stakeholders.

Practical, detail-oriented, and motivated by making systems and processes work better.

Curious and commercially minded - you like understanding how the business actually runs and where it gets stuck.

This is a hybrid role working two days per week from our Melbourne office. Applicants working remotely in the Eastern States will also be considered.
