We specialize in builds that support cutting edge tech industries like U.S. Defense, Aerospace, Autonomous Vehicles, Robotics, and more! We’re growing fast and need a detail-oriented , proactive Sales Operations Specialist to join our Nashua team.
Job Overview
We are seeking a adaptable and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Quotation and Sales teams, optimizing communications, and maintaining data integrity . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communication, adaptability, and prioritization skills.
Duties
- Serve as the primary point of intake for all incoming customer requests, ensuring timely review, prioritization, and accurate processing
- Create and manage Requests for Quotation within internal systems, ensuring completeness and data integrity
- Partner closely with sales to align quotation strategy with customer needs, timelines, and objectives
- Act as a liaison between customers, sales, and internal teams to facilitate smooth handoffs from quotation through order execution
- Collaborate directly with customers to gather, clarify, and validate requirements needed to support accurate quoting
Experience
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented nature
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement initiatives within a sales or business environment.
- Prior experience supporting or working closely with sales teams is preferred.
