Role Overview:
In a Senior Leadership Operations Role, you will lead and optimize the operations of our SimplifyDocs.ai business. This role will be part of Leadership team managing existing Business Operations team of 150 + employees and scaling-up existing business, building capabilities to start new managed services business, client engagement at CXO level, working on bringing operational efficiencies that will impact growth and profit margin of the business. Closely collaborate with cross-functional global leaders, including Product, Client Engagement, Engineering, Sales, Finance, and HR, with a client-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Business Operations:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to address the unique needs of document generation business operations, adapting and implementing AI-Powered Technology solutions to disrupt the way managed services are delivered to clients. Have P&L Ownership for BU, overseeing the Top-line and Bottom-line revenue growth.
People Leadership
- Lead the operations team by fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Ensure team members are motivated, well-trained, and aligned with company goals. Establish and track KPIs s, including timely and quality delivery, customer satisfaction, ensuring targets are met, and performance is optimized. Lead recruitment and training efforts, ensuring continuous growth of specialized expertise in US healthcare operations.
Service Delivery Oversight & Business Excellence:
- Oversee the execution of managed services, ensuring adherence to compliance and maintaining high operational standards. Resolve client escalations quickly and collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency. Partner with the technology team to implement solutions that enhance data accuracy, integrity, and security across all operations.
Client Engagement:
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and implement changes to service delivery, ensuring smooth integration into operational workflows, taking full ownership of stakeholder NPS.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Total Experience: Minimum of 15+ years in business operations, with at least 6 years of experience in senior leadership roles. Experience in US healthcare plan operations or a similar domain is a plus. – not a must
