About us:
PuzzleBITE is building a platform that turns restaurant waiting time into games, puzzles, and real discounts. As we expand our on-ground operations in Pune, we’re looking for execution-focused Operations Associates who want to grow with an early-stage startup and take real ownership on the field.
What you’ll do:
- Onboard cafes and restaurants onto PuzzleBITE
- Support partners during setup and early usage
- Coordinate daily on-ground operations and execution
- Work with logistics vendors for QR stands, branding cut-outs, and setups
- Collect field feedback and help improve processes
- Work closely with the founder and product team
Who should apply:
- Freshers / MBA students / early-career professionals (0–3 years)
- Comfortable with daily field work and partner interactions
- Based in Pune and available for on-ground work
- Ability to analyze and optimize business operations and processes
- Proficiency in multitasking and managing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Familiarity with the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
- Fluency in English and Hindi; fluency in Marathi is a bonus
