Role Summary
Rayna Tours is seeking a highly experienced retail travel professional who brings a strong understanding of both online and offline travel business execution.
This role is designed for a candidate who can work alongside the Business Head as an execution partner, translating strategy into on-ground action, while ensuring alignment between digital marketing, offline sales, operations, and partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have end-to-end awareness of travel business processing, from lead generation to closure, fulfilment, reporting, and optimization, and the confidence to drive execution across teams.
This is a leadership-facing, execution-heavy role, not a coordination-only position.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Execution & Operational Leadership
- Work hand-in-hand with the Business Head to execute the retail business strategy
- Drive execution across online sales, offline channels, and operations
- Translate strategic plans into clear action plans with timelines and owners
- Track execution progress and ensure delivery across departments
2. Online & Digital Business Awareness
- Oversee performance of digital lead generation, website sales, and online campaigns
- Work closely with Digital Marketing teams on:
- Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO
- Website landing pages & booking funnels
- Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and revenue attribution
- Ensure digital efforts translate into actual bookings and revenue
3. Offline Sales & Market Execution
- Support offline sales teams, retail counters, corporate sales, and partner channels
- Monitor offline enquiries, conversions, and revenue performance
- Align offline promotions, offers, and pricing with online campaigns
- Bring strong market-level awareness and execution discipline
4. End-to-End Process Ownership
- Ensure smooth processing from:
- Lead generation
- Sales closure
- Operations & fulfilment
- Post-sale coordination
- Reporting & analysis
- Identify gaps, delays, and inefficiencies in business processes
- Drive improvements in speed, quality, and customer experience
5. Sales, Marketing & Business Analytics
- Own daily, weekly, and monthly business MIS
- Track sales performance across online & offline channels
- Analyze conversion funnels, product performance, and customer behavior
- Provide decision-ready insights to the Business Head
6. Target Setting & Performance Management
- Co-create sales targets, department KPIs, and growth benchmarks
- Track performance vs targets and initiate corrective actions
- Drive accountability across teams
7. Partnerships, Collaborations & Growth Initiatives
- Execute and manage partnerships with:
- Corporates
- OTAs
- Strategic brand partners
- Affiliates
- Track partnership performance and ROI
- Support expansion and new revenue initiatives
8. Leadership Reporting & Presentations
- Prepare business reviews, performance decks, and growth updates
- Present insights and execution status to leadership
- Maintain structured, transparent reporting

Candidate Profile
Mandatory Experience
- 8–10 years of experience in retail travel / online travel companies / DMCs
- Strong exposure to both online and offline travel sales
- Clear understanding of end-to-end travel business processing
- Experience working closely with senior leadership
- Proven ability to execute, not just plan
Skill Set Required
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Hands-on understanding of digital marketing metrics
- Strong coordination and execution capability
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
- Confident communication and decision-making ability
Preferred Background
- Experience with OTAs, large tour operators, or travel aggregators
- Exposure to CRM, booking engines, or travel tech platforms
- Experience handling multi-city or multi-channel sales environments
