What You’ll Work On
- Own and operate our Revenue Operations stack, with HubSpot at the core,
managing workflows, property models, integrations, and data flows across Sales,
Marketing, and other systems
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards that power day-to-day decision-making
for Sales and leadership using HubSpot and analytics tools such as Metabase
- Ensure high data quality and integrity across contacts, companies, deals, and
activities
- Build and optimize lead enrichment, routing, and sequencing workflows to
minimize manual effort and improve speed to contact
- Write basic SQL and Python to query data, transform datasets, and build custom
analyses independently.
- Partner with Product, Research, Marketing, and Finance to support ad-hoc
analysis, funnel diagnostics, and performance investigations
- Experiment with and evaluate new tools, including AI-enabled sales and
prospecting tools, running small tests and making evidence-based
recommendations
- Continuously improve RevOps infrastructure, identifying bottlenecks and scaling
processes as the company grows
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a closely
related role
- Deep, hands-on experience with HubSpot as a primary CRM
- Strong understanding of CRM data models, funnels, and sales lifecycle metrics
- Working knowledge of SQL and comfortable querying production datasets
- Basic Python skills for data analysis, automation, or lightweight tooling
- Experience building dashboards and running analysis using Metabase or similar
BI tools
- Ability to operate as an individual contributor owning systems end-to-end
